2021-2022 Graduate & Professional Student Senate General Assembly Meetings

As a graduate student enrolled at Virginia Tech, you're automatically a member of GSA! Congratulations!

This means that you're welcome to attend any and all of our General Assembly Meetings, throughout the academic year. These meetings are not just for delegates!  See the RSVP and Zoom links below.

If you'd like to submit a discussion topic for an upcoming General Assembly Meeting, please send us an email at gsa@vt.edu, and give us at least two weeks notice. Note that all meetings run from 5:30 pm-7:00 pm, unless the delegate body approves a time extension. If the meetings are held in the GLC's Multi-Purpose Room, the doors open at 5:00 pm. Please note: All links below will require you to be logged into your vt.edu Google account to access them.

The dates of our General Assembly Meetings will also be announced on our Calendar, our Facebook page, our Twitter account, and through the weekly Graduate School listserv email.

Please note: the RSVP and Zoom links will be activated no less than three days before the meeting. The links to the Meeting Minutes will be activated no less than one week after a General Assembly Meeting.
